We prepare a detailed proposal: structure types, sizes, monthly rental per structure, and a draft lease agreement. You review, negotiate, sign.

We Handle Everything
Engineering, permits, fabrication, installation, advertiser management, insurance, and maintenance. All on us. You receive your rental on the 1st of every month.

Do I need to invest any money?↓
No. Busakwe Advertising covers all costs: engineering, permits, fabrication, installation, and ongoing maintenance. Your only contribution is the wall space.
What do the structures look like? Will they damage my property?↓
Our structures are professionally engineered and installed. We obtain all necessary approvals before installation and carry full structural insurance. End-of-term removal is agreed upfront.
Can I end the agreement early?↓
Lease agreements are typically for 7 years. Early termination clauses are negotiated on a case-by-case basis during the agreement phase.
What types of properties work best?↓
High-visibility walls on arterial roads, national routes, and high-traffic intersections. Rooftops with good sightlines. Perimeter fencing on large commercial or industrial properties.
